  Choose 2, 3 or 4 classes per week.  Available Monday through Thursday.  Homer Glen classes  7:00p.m.

Personal Best Boot Camp is designed as an outdoor group fitness class with a military flavor.  Exercises include stretching, calisthenics, strength training, agility drills and extensive abdominal work.  Recruits participate in a daily jog or walk/run based on fitness levels.  All exercises can be modified or substituted for individuals who find them too challenging.  We welcome all fitness levels and work with each participant to help them attain better strength, stamina, flexibility and agility.  Check out our testimonials page!
