Personal Training
Personal Best, Inc. has a program to fit your needs. Come in for a one hour no-obligation personal training session and we'll assess your current fitness level, listen to your fitness goals and discuss our recommendations to help you attain those goals. We'll fit you for our Cybex equipment and show you the correct form as we take you through a total body workout. When you begin your training with us you will be assigned a custom workout based upon your strengths, weaknesses, goals and limitations.
Scheduling your 45 minute sessions ahead of time helps you adhere to your exercise program. Many times we hear "I would NOT be here if I didn't have an appointment" when a client arrives, to be followed with "I'm so glad I came, I feel so energized now!" upon leaving. Best results occur when a client schedules 3 sessions a week, although twice a week can work for some.
Personal Best offers free cardio for customers actively using their training packages - based upon equipment availability.
