12 Week Challenge

The 12 Week Challenge is a program designed to enhance the teamwork of trainer and client to bring about fantastic weight loss results.  Focusing on weight loss goals is not easy.  Sometimes we're "good" for a few days and then over indulge at a party.  There's guilt and hopelessness so we quit.  The 12 Week Challenge is designed to keep you focused on your weight loss goals by adding a level of personal accountability and a sharing of information between client and trainer.  Food journals and exercise logs are completed by the client daily and reviewed weekly with the trainer.  Clients are expected to work out in the studio 3x per week for the 12 weeks AND participate in 20-30 minutes of specific cardio workouts at home.  In addition, periodic emails help keep you informed, focused and enlightened with new recipes, exercises and encouragement.
