Personal Training

Personal training sessions run 45 minutes in length and we only allow two trainers and two clients to exercise simultaneously.  No crowds here.  At Personal Best you don't have to fight for a parking spot, look for a locker, or wait for gym equipment to become available.  It's like having your own personal gym.  We've learned that when a person makes an appointment for their gym time, they adhere to a program and get the results they're looking for.  We're here to help you reach your goals!

At Personal Best, we don't expect you to purchase a training package without meeting us and checking out our studio first, so your first work out is always "no obligation".  That means, if you do not decide to purchase a package, your session was free.   During your first session we spend extra time listening to your fitness history, goals, and limitations. Then we  recommend a plan for helping you attain those goals.                                                                                                                                                                NEW FOR 2010!     .

Golf Conditioning

Our golf conditioning program  has an emphasis on flexibility with a measure of strength training for longer drives.  Cardio conditioning helps eliminate fatigue so you can finish your rounds sharp and strong.
