I lost 12 pounds. My boyfriend and I do boot camp 3x a week together and we love it. I've never been a runner so I thought the jogging was going to be too difficult, but I increased my pace and distance slowly and didn't injur myself by doing too much right away (like I usually do). I really think the outdoor boot camp class was great . Bob gave support when needed and suggestions/variations if you were struggling with a certain exercise. He let everyone work at their own pace. I feel like I get a really great workout without a lot of pressure. I think he pushes just enough to make sure everyone is working at their best. I thought it was great and something different to do and am hoping to sign up for the September session.

I truly love this program and think it really is great for all physical abilities. With eating right and this program it has truly made a difference. I haven't lost that much weight in lbs., but my body has gotten visibly tighter and I have lost inches in my waist and hips. I heard about the Boot Camp class from a friend. I can't believe I didn't hear about it sooner. I loved it! It was challenging, fun, and full of a variety of exercises for your whole body. It is an opportunity to build muscle, lose weight and inches, and improve your health. Our trainer, Nadine, is very motivating, personable, energetic, and realistic. I enjoyed it so much, I signed up for another session. I recommend the boot camp for anyone looking to enjoy a great outdoor workout surrounded by nice people with the same interest.
